Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment anytime, up to the day of their appointment. Any same-day cancellations or rescheduled appointments for any reason will result in a 50% charge for the scheduled service. "No-call, no-shows" will result in 100% of the service amount.
